We have just completed extensive, high-end structural renovations throughout the entire property to design a space that blends boutique luxury with all the comforts of home. The Space & Layout: The heart of the home is the newly transformed ground floor, which we have completely opened up by removing the walls to create a spectacular, light-filled open-plan living and social area. It’s the ultimate space for families, large groups, or working teams to cook, dine, and relax together without feeling cramped. Living & Dining: Relax on plush seating or gather around our extended dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests for dinner or evening catch-ups. The Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern culinary space featuring sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Outdoor Living: Step outside onto our lovely outdoor decking area—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or catching the sunset over the valley views. Flexible Luxury Bedrooms: We know that different groups have different sleeping needs, so we designed the bedrooms to offer maximum flexibility. Remote Work Ready: Perfect for corporate guests, hospital professionals, or leisure travelers, every single bedroom includes its own dedicated workspace. Bathrooms & Amenities: 2.5 Bathrooms: Freshen up comfortably across a full family bathroom, an en-suite, and a convenient ground floor WC. Home Comforts: Includes a utility room with a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and premium towels, linens, and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Parking & Logistics: Private Driveway: Parking spaces are available on the private driveway for up to 2 cars. On-Street Parking: Free, additional on-street parking is also widely available directly outside the property. House Rules & Expectations: Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood overlooking the valley. We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No Parties or Events: Blackberry House is strictly for registered guests only. Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized commercial events are absolutely prohibited. No Smoking: The property is 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside on the decking or garden area, with safe disposal of stubs.
